Welcome to the Countryman
Situated in the heart of The Gower Peninsula, The Countryman is a family run pub which boast a large main bar area with plenty of seating. Children are welcome and high chairs are available for the younger members of the family.
We have a wide range of Bitters, Lagers and Ciders on draught as well as in bottles, and have regular guest Real Ales and Welsh Ciders. For children we have the usual fizzy drinks along with bottled juices, fruits shoots and slushes.
A full size snooker table is situated to the rear of the bar, the only full sized table in South Gower. Plus we have two pool tables, dart boards, and show live sports on the 10 ’ Big Screen in the main bar.
A large function room is available for hire, which doubles as a disco on a Saturday night (11pm-4am) when available, where you can dance the night away to club classics or the latest pumping beats.
During the school Summer Holidays children ’s entertainment with games and prizes for the kiddies, and sometimes the adults is provided free of charge (7:30-10pm).
